During the hearing, Agustín López Gagliasso was discharged and the charges were formally brought against him. The youngest daughter managed to survive and received treatment in Córdoba.
It was determined through testimonies that the relationship between Giovanna and Agustín was one of friendship, not a couple, and that the young man was accompanying her at the time of the accident.
